Our clients acquired this beautiful Regency Villa in Hampshire. The Building had previously been used as a care home and the floor plan had been badly divided, losing the central stair hall and much of the essence of the original building.
IEL have provided designs to remodel the outside of the building as well as much of the interior floor plan, including reintroducing a grand 2 storey stair hall with a regency style central rooflight above the hall to fill the core of house with natural light and elegance.
We are pleased to say that the local authority has now granted permission to carry out all of the works requested by the client and this substantial exercise is due to commence on site in spring 2023.
